I Can Coach You, I’m One of You:
Entrepreneur / Creative Professional / Career Changer / Big Dreamer
Career Builders & Career Changers
Careers are what people build when they chase their obsessions. The best work has meaning, let’s find what’s meaningful.
Rediscover Passion
Real passion burns. It’s what you go to bed thinking about, and wake burning to do. What’s yours?
Come to Clarity
It’s earned, one mistake at a time. Stop waiting for the fog to lift. Walk through it, and find the light.
Chart Your Direction
Direction is a gut feeling. Keep moving. Don’t wait for certainty—act with intent.
Set and Reset Goals
Let them evolve as you do, don’t become their servant. New Years fades, let’s keep your goals vibrant.
LET’S GET TO WORK
Own Your Creativity:
Creativity is rebellion. It’s carving meaning from the chaos. When it hits—when you create something that actually says something—you’ll know why you stayed in the fight.
Love
It’s not a fairytale. It’s messy, raw, sometimes soul-crushing—but it’s the one thing that can make life really matter.
Pulling the Wisdom Inside of You Out
You’ve already got the raw ingredients, even if life’s been hacking away at you with a dull knife. My job? Help you remember that. Stir the pot, dig into your reserves, and bring out the version of you that’s been waiting for to show up. We’ll look at everything: the head, the heart, the gut, the ghosts you carry, the things you never say out loud. Everything’s connected, and I’m not afraid to go there with you. That’s where the real work happens—in the mess, the cracks, the untamed places.
Coaching vs. Therapy:
Here’s the deal, therapy tends to dig through your past like an archaeologist—looking for the bones, the buried trauma, the origin stories. It’s important work.
Coaching is more like standing at the edge of a cliff, asking you what the hell you’re going to do next. It’s forward-facing. Present. Future. No diagnosis, no labels—just movement. Momentum. Growth. It’s often short-term, laser-focused, and unapologetically now.
ABOUT YOUR COACH
I’ve spent 40 years building real, emotional connection. 30 years behind a camera, telling stories with images. The last decade making films, TV commercials and ads to do more than just sell stuff—to make people FEEL SOMETHING DEEP INSIDE.
Along the way I wrote an award-winning cookbook, “Harvest to Heat”,a tribute to chefs and farmers, to the real work and real people behind great food.
I sit on nonprofit boards, and volunteer wherever I can be useful. I’ve got a big heart—one that listens more than it talks—and I’ve been to a few rodeos in my time. I know what it’s like to build something from scratch, and to bet on yourself when it’s not easy.
I do everything I can to help people get where they want to be—not by handing them a map, but by walking beside them while they chart their course.
My mom had grit and passed it on to my sister and me. She was a single mom with two kids, and a high school diploma at 28. She got a college degree, worked two jobs and raised us to shake hands firmly, look people in the eye, be early, and work hard. My sister went on to build a company that rebuffed an offer from Amazon and went on to sell her company for 20x more a couple of years later. I went from a darkroom in the hall closet at 13 years old to having superstars in front of my camera for 30 years. The point, grit can be passed on an taught!
